• Prompt 1:
Take a moment to look at your current financial situation, Acknowledge whatever amount you have, no matter how small, Write a gratitude letter/note to your money, expressing: Appreciation for its presence, Recognition of its support, Thankfulness for what it provides.
• Prompt 2:
Think of money in terms of the exchange of experience:
(1). Describe the experiences you’ve gain through all the years until now.
(2). Describe what kind of experience do you wish to experience in the future?
• Prompt 3:
Think about the word ‘money’, ‘abundance’, and ‘prosperity’. What do they mean to you?
example -
Money: Tool for exchange, Energy of value, Potential for choice
Abundance: More than enough, Overflow of resources, Mindset of sufficiency
Prosperity: Holistic wealth, Well-being beyond finances, Thriving in multiple life dimensions
