Journal Prompts
Prompt 1:
Reflect on your earliest memories of money. How did your family talk about it? What beliefs or attitudes about money did you absorb growing up? Write about how these early experiences might be influencing your current relationship with money.
Prompt 2:
Imagine money as a person. If your relationship with money were a friendship or partnership, how would you describe it? Is it strained, distant, obsessive, or balanced? Write a letter to "Money" expressing your feelings, fears, and hopes for your relationship moving forward.
Prompt 3:
Challenge a limiting belief you hold about money. For example, "Artists can't be wealthy" or "I'll never have enough." Where did this belief come from? What evidence can you find that contradicts this belief? Write about how letting go of this belief could change your financial future.
